Terms of Service
These terms apply to RainDanceAI, the independent creative video service at ai-raindance.com. By using it, you accept these terms. Updated 7 October 2026.

The service
RainDanceAI creates short AI video edits using the template range and authorized adult photos you select. Current selections are 3–10 seconds and follow the template’s aspect ratio. Generated output is silent; preview sound is not included. Identity, timing, clothing, motion and scene details may vary. Older completed videos retain the settings with which they were made.
Permission and acceptable use
You must be an adult and have the rights and permission needed for every portrait you submit. Adult portraits only. Do not use the service for sexualized or abusive depictions, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment or infringement of others’ rights. You remain responsible for the material you submit and the way you use the finished result.
Accounts
Sign in with Google to access purchases and private results. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account. We may restrict access where necessary to address fraud, abuse or violations of these terms.
Video credits and payment
Packs provide 1 video credit for $9.99, 3 for $24.99 or 10 for $69.99, paid once rather than as a subscription. One generation uses one video credit; purchased pack credits do not expire. Review the currency and total in Stripe Checkout before paying. Payment confirmation updates the account’s credit balance; an unpaid checkout does not issue credits.
Failed generations and refunds
A provider-confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credit automatically. If submission status is uncertain, the task may require review before a credit is returned to avoid issuing duplicate requests. A completed AI take consumes its credit even when you would prefer a different creative interpretation. For payment or task disputes, submit an account support ticket with the order or task identifier; an automatic credit return is not a cash refund.
Results and sharing
Completed videos are available privately through your account and can be downloaded. Review them before publishing, obtain required permissions and disclose AI generation where the platform or circumstances require it. A video download does not grant music rights. RainDanceAI is not affiliated with Dave, Tems, their labels, TikTok, Instagram or the Raindance Film Festival. We may update these terms and show the new revision date.
