Accounts and purchases
Google sign-in provides the account identifiers, name and email needed to create and authenticate your account. We keep session, order and credit records so you can return to purchases and results. Stripe handles card processing; RainDanceAI does not store full payment-card numbers.
Photos and generated videos
Your uploaded photos, selected template, generation settings and results are used to process the video you request and make it available in your account. User uploads and generated results are accessed through authenticated routes that check account ownership. Template previews are public reference material. Only upload images you are entitled to use.
AI processing
To fulfill a generation request, we send the required portrait references, selected video reference and editing instructions to APImart and its generation provider. Temporary access links let the provider fetch the input files. Provider processing and retention are subject to the providers’ terms; we do not promise that a provider deletes a file immediately after rendering.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare supplies hosting, database and file storage; Google supplies sign-in; Stripe supplies checkout and payment processing. We use account access controls, temporary provider links and encrypted configuration credentials. Operational logs may contain task identifiers, error details and request information used to investigate failures or abuse. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Authentication cookies maintain your signed-in session. Local browser storage may remember analytics preferences and an unfinished generation draft, including uploaded reference identifiers and payment-return state. Marketing analytics are loaded only after consent when configured; private account and administration pages are excluded. You can change the browser’s cookie and storage settings, although clearing them can remove a saved draft or sign you out.
Your choices
You can update account details in settings. For an access or deletion request, open a support ticket from your signed-in account and identify the account or task concerned. We may ask you to verify ownership. There is no promised fixed automatic deletion period; payment records, fraud-prevention information or data required by law may need to be retained. Changes to this policy will be reflected in its update date.
